Senior SEO Manager

We need an adventurous SEO Manager to join our rapidly growing SEO function. You’ll need to be ambitious, enthusiastic SEO communicator and advocate. You will need to know all the ins and outs of SEO’s ability to transform client outcomes, and be able to experiment, innovate and present bold new strategies for SEO success.


New Business Manager

We are looking for a New Biz Manager. We want someone to work closely with our marketing team. To chase down, nurture and develop leads into amazing new business opportunities.

You’ll need to be ambitious, enthusiastic and thirsty for sales success. Have a decent track record in new business development. Be desperate to deliver a regular pipeline of new leads.

We are inviting applications from candidates who have 3+ years’ experience, preferably in a digital and offline media environment. Agency experience a bonus.


Paid Media Manager

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who is confident working with both internal and external stakeholders. We strive to produce work that delivers the best results for clients using innovation, so you will need to be someone who is constantly looking for new developments in the digital world.

You’ll need to be ambitious, enthusiastic and have a strong background in search and scripting with additional experience in social media and/or programmatic welcomed. 

We are inviting applications from candidates who have 3+ years’ experience of planning and buying digital media campaigns.


Client Planning Manager

Dynamos only please. This is a vital role in the agency, where you will be  managing a variety of different tasks including project timelines, reporting, media & creative briefings, research & planning, client and partner approvals and coordinating the day to day deliverables of client programmes. £30-40K DOE.


Client Planning Manager – Higher Education

Same as above – but with a heavy HE emphasis pulling from solid experience of marketing and management for universities or equivalent HE institutions. You’ll need to have a good understanding of non-HE Media Account Management and planning too of course – because we inform our strategies with insights from all sectors and verticals. But we want someone who really knows their Student Room from their WhatUni.


Creative  Middleweight

Are you brimming with ideas? Able to express them fluently in pixels and ink? Love the craft of art direction, design and copy-writing? Do you push yourself out of your comfort zone and strive for excellence as a matter of honour? Is the next idea going to be better than the one you’re working on? Do you enthral people with your thinking and collaboratively take the team on the journey to share brilliant ideas executed with craft and attention to detail.

We’re looking for someone exceptional, visionary and dedicated to taking our creative product to the next level.


Programmatic Exec 

We are looking for a Programmatic Executive who understands the mechanics of the programmatic marketplace and is keen to continue developing with more exposure to clients. The programmatic space represents a huge opportunity to use traditional media in new ways, we are looking for someone who is keen to develop their understanding of audio and video and how we can use programmatic to activate these dynamically.

You’ll need to be ambitious, enthusiastic and be keen to support our programmatic lead with expanding our programmatic proposition.

We are inviting applications from candidates who have 1+ years’ experience of buying programmatic media campaigns.
