We’re excited to announce our candidacy for not one, but three awards at the 2024 UK Company Culture Awards. This recognition is a testament to our dedication to creating an inclusive, innovative work environment.

The UK Company Culture Awards spotlight organisations that excel in crafting exceptional workplaces and they honour companies of every size, celebrating those who go above and beyond to foster a positive and supportive culture. 

Last year was significant for us as we broadened our horizons by establishing new offices in Cape Town and Manchester. Our commitment to excellence and innovation saw us retaining top industry accolades such as the IPA’s Effectiveness Accreditation and CPD Gold standard. The AIP team flourished through continued learning, various changes and rapid growth and these awards further highlight our focus on impactful outcomes and ongoing professional development, which are central to our mission.

Our nomination for the Best (Large) Agency to Work For, under the title Experts in the Impossible, recognises our dedication to a workplace where everyone is valued and has the opportunity to achieve their utmost potential. Our philosophy is straightforward: we believe in our team’s limitless potential.

In the Most Innovative Culture category, our entry We are the Possiblists underscores our commitment to fostering an environment where innovation is nurtured, challenges are embraced, and making the impossible possible is standard practice. This recognition is a collective accolade, reflecting our belief that by encouraging mastery and autonomy amongst our team, we can live out the promise of our name.

Lastly, we are particularly proud of Ndeshi Shipanga, our Head of People and Culture, for being shortlisted for HR Professional of the Year. None of these nominations would be possible without Ndeshi as she plays a crucial role in shaping our culture, encouraging continued Learning and Development Initiatives and fostering inclusivity. Her exceptional ability to cater to the diverse needs of our 70-strong team across four locations, while maintaining our vibrant culture and aligning with our strategic goals, is truly inspiring. Ndeshi is the epitome of a true Possiblist.
