About the role

We are on the hunt for a Programmatic Director looking to define what is possible.

Working at Anything is Possible should be a life changing experience. Bold words we know, but that’s why we set up the business. Agency life should be about working on great projects, with great benefits and a healthy work life balance.

As Programmatic Director, you will play a pivotal role in delighting our clients with innovative, creative, and effective solutions across our three core business areas. You’ll be instrumental in growing the business, driving success with existing clients, and winning new opportunities. Together, we will aim for excellence by delivering award-winning campaigns and challenging the media industry to raise its standards.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage partner relationships and our external ad ops team to oversee the seamless execution of programmatic campaigns, ensuring they exceed client expectations and consistently achieve – or surpass – industry best practices. You’ll have the autonomy to build and nurture strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Beyond campaign management, your role will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with key suppliers, negotiating commercial agreements that drive value, and identifying opportunities to test and integrate emerging technologies into our offerings. Your leadership will ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation, delivering measurable results and impactful strategies for our clients.

Connectivity and Automation

As a core pillar of our business, we expect you to help us to connect and automate everything we can.

Within your role as a media expert, we want you to input into the development of bespoke tools that can help our business innovate, grow and differentiate from the competition.

You deliver client solutions that maximise impact and minimise low-value effort. You will have full support of our tech team and we expect you to develop our automated capabilities through identifying opportunities for automation and liaising with our automation team.

Finally, as part of a team, we want you to develop your skills in emerging technologies and help shape our product capabilities.

Knowledge

You will help us to develop and deliver training programmes for our clients.

You will provide thought leadership across our business and the industry, delivering insightful analysis on our website and the trade press.

Finally, and most importantly, you will have a ruthless desire to improve through ongoing self-development.
