About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic interim creative business leader to lead our creative team and partner with the Creative Director during our Head of Creative Production’s maternity leave. Acting as a “Mini MD” for the creative team, you will drive improvements in creative output, quality, processes, and client relationships. Your leadership will be crucial in developing and executing strategies to grow the agency every year.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team consisting of a Creative Director, Art Director, Designer, and Producer to achieve excellence in creative output.
- Develop a strong partnership: Partner with our Creative Director, who will ensure that our creative standard will keep pace with our financial growth. Together you’ll grow the creative team within Anything is Possible
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to enhance creative services and expand client engagements to meet financial growth targets
- Process Improvement: Streamline creative processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and the quality of deliverables
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen existing client relationships and cultivate new ones by understanding client needs and delivering innovative solutions
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team performance, project milestones, and financial metrics to senior management
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitches and proposals to secure new clients.
The right candidate will have
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a senior creative operations or production role, preferably within an agency environment
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop creative teams
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business growth strategies
- Client Management: Strong skills in managing and nurturing client relationships with a track record of growing client accounts
- Creative Expertise: Deep understanding of creative / production processes, project management, and production workflows
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with creative production tools, processes, and best practices. Knowledge of media, design, and content production
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
