About the role

We are on the hunt for an Agency Growth Manager who thinks differently.

Someone who’s not like everybody else. Ambitious, enthusiastic and excited to make a difference.

You’ll work closely with our sales & marketing team and senior leadership across the agency. You’ll chase down, nurture and develop leads into amazing new business opportunities.

You should have a decent track record in demonstrating growth. This could be in a new business role, or something adjacent where growth is a core component to success.

On a daily basis you’ll need to be able to manage multiple sales opportunities and nurture a continuing, regular pipeline of new leads. There will be a lot on and managing different projects at the same time is a skill you’ll need to master.

Relationships are paramount. Understanding the needs of our potential customers, and matching that to the support we can provide is key. Getting the rest of the agency team on-board will accelerate progress.

We only win when our clients win and developing sustainable, win-win solutions is non-negotiable.

We invite applications from candidates with 1+ years of growth experience, preferably in a digital and offline media environment. Agency experience is a bonus but not essential.

But really, it’s more about where you’re going than where you’ve been. You should be fiercely ambitious and self assured, ready to learn and want to achieve things you didn’t think were possible.

About Us

Anything is Possible. We believe it so much we made it our brand.

We partner with leading brands on media, creative and tech solutions that transform client outcomes. Now we’re the youngest ever agency to receive Effectiveness Accreditation from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising. And we’re still just getting started.

We’re on a mission to transform the industry. We need great clients and great colleagues to help us make it happen.

We are Possiblists.

Are you?
